HAPPY SALMON SALAD

Recipe:
Authors: Julia, Ala, Nikola and Wiktoria
Prepare time: 20 minutes Ingredients: 
- 100g salmon
- say sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 
- pepper
- salt 
- 100g feta chesse 
- arugula 

 First chop salmon and wash arugula. Naxt season salmon with say sauce, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Cut arugula and feta chesse. After thet put everything into a bowl. Finnaly mix every thing together.

    Thank you for teaching me a new word: ARUGULA. I am an English teacher who loves ARUGULA but I have never heard that word before. I have always talked about ROCKET. Now I know that there is another name, too.
