Neapolitan pastiera.
Hello!My name is Andrea,today my friends and I,will talk you about neapolitan pastriers (pastiera).
It is a cake with:lemon,sugar,milk,eggs,orange,butter,ricotta cheese and vanilla.
Pastiera was born in Naples from poor families,because for make this cake,they need only simple ingredients.
